Communicating the success stories of your cost initiative is one of the best ways to get buy in from other teams and stakeholders in your organization.
The below example is a template we have used in the past to show case a success story on the internal blog in the organization. When others see the things you have done and the benefits, they may be inspired to share their success too or have an idea using your blog how they could optimize their Azure Costs.

What is the opportunity we identified
Using Turbo360 we identified that there is an opportunity to rightsize a number of the virtual machines in the HR application area. 5 machines were reporting downgrade opportunities which could save around $600 per month.
When we did analysis we also identified that one of the applications could be shut down at the weekend.

What are the end results
We implemented the changes we identified we monitored for the next month and there was no noticable user impact and we actually realized $700 per month of savings.

In Turbo360 there is a scheduler feature which we used to automate the weekend shutdown
